We announce the forth coming annual meeting of Nzuko Ndi igbo in Sweden which will be held in April 25, 2010. Find other details below AGM AGENDA Opening Prayer Welcome Remark/address and introduction of new members Appointment of a provost and Protocol officer for the AGM Reading of the previous AGM minutes and approval by NNIS Coffee break (15 Minutes) Reading of the fiscal years Financial report by the Treasurer and approval by NNIS Appointment of Internal Auditor(s) for the fiscal year involved as stipulated by the constitution. Nomination of candidates and Election Refreshment Break and integration of members. Open discussion, suggestions regarding projects for the fiscal year involved and approval by the house, usually through vote. Acceptance/handing over and closing remark by the New Executive.
